Brian Smith was the listing agent on a 230 acre piece of land and house that we owned in Montague County, Texas. He was very knowledgeable on pricing as he had sold other properties in the area. He was great at providing us with feedback on showings and staying in touch with us during the entire process. We were very happy with his negotiating abilities and willingness to do whatever it took to get the property shown, advertised and sold in an appropriate amount of time.
