Brian Smith was the listing agent on a 230 acre piece of land and house that we owned in Montague County, Texas. He was very knowledgeable on pricing as he had sold other properties in the area. He was great at providing us with feedback on showings and staying in touch with us during the entire process. We were very happy with his negotiating abilities and willingness to do whatever it took to get the property shown, advertised and sold in an appropriate amount of time. He was comfortable taking potential buyers on the property and answering questions on tanks, drainage, water wells, minerals, hunting, and all things pertaining to land and housing. His skills enabled us to sell our property quickly and at an acceptable price. We would recommend him and use his services again.

Thank you so much for the Bose Wave Radio you gave us. It is just fabulous! We had it on all day Christmas playing music and have enjoyed it each time we are at the ranch.
